1. What this product is

Autónomo Simple (“the Service”) helps you track income/expenses and generate estimates and exports. It is not a tax filing service and does not provide legal or tax advice.

2. No professional advice

Any calculations are estimates. You are responsible for verifying results and filing with the tax authorities (or through a gestor). Do not rely on the Service as your only source of truth.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to share your account and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Payments & subscriptions

The Service is offered as a subscription. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Data & exports

You own your data. You can export it. We may limit usage to protect service stability (e.g., rate limits).

7. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update, modify, or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses due to relying on estimates. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months.
